He is super friendly, warm, and accommodating. He makes you feel like you are his only customer....easy to build a relationship with. The entire staff is extremely friendly...even when I bring my car in for service, they always make you feel at home. This was my first experience with Mary McDonnell in financing and, again, simple, informative, and friendly. She made the whole process quick & easy. My 'Motoring Advisor', Sam Hall was a genius...took me through the entire workings of the 'New Mini'. Woah! Lots to learn & figure out. Wanted to take him home with me, but that was frowned upon. HA! He has called & emailed me already (only been 3 days) to answer any questions that I might have. NOW, where else do you get SERVICE like that?? Top Notch Experience This was our first experience with MINI of St. Louis. We were looking at first for information only on the Clubman. Seeing the variety of colors, engines, options of the Clubman we looked no further. The more we looked, we decided that we needed a loaded-up Clubman. Dustin showed us many vehicles and we decided on a melting silver one. We were not ready to test drive the car, explaining to Dustin we needed to see what our 2010 SRX was worth on trade, He provided us with a good range to work with. Having more information now, we were a little closer to a test drive, but the wife decided her favorite color was the pepper white. There was a loaner that was not ready to be turned over to the sales force, so we figured we'd wait a while. After about two weeks, MINI ran an ad that would give us an additional $1250 discount, so we called Dustin. He explained that it was for new vehicles only, not the loaner that interested us. We revisited the dealership the next week, figuring the pepper white was not worth waiting for. We dealt with Sam as Dustin was off. He took us for a test drive, answered all the questions we had at the time, and offered refreshments while our car was assessed. I told Sam we were ready to buy, but would have to wait for the funds from sold securities to arrive. So, we returned this past Wednesday and closed the deal, Both Sam and Dustin helped us, Both gentlemen knew the cars, both were extremely helpful, and we would highly recommend them and Tina and Neil to folks we know. More

In April, my wife and I were in St. Louis and decided just to stop in to see what was on the lot, as we were thinking of buying a new Mini Cooper S, c In April, my wife and I were in St. Louis and decided just to stop in to see what was on the lot, as we were thinking of buying a new Mini Cooper S, convertible with a standard transmission to replace the one we bought in 2009. We spoke with salesperson, Sam Hall and determined what we were looking for was not on the lot, so we decided to order a new one. Although we could have ordered it from home, we decided to place the order there. Sam went through all the various options available, and answered our questions as we ordered - assuring we got the specific options we wanted. There was no pressure to order one package over another and we got what we wanted. As my wife and I are 2 1/2 hours away from the lot, Sam made sure everything was in order before we left St. Louis that weekend. After the order was placed, Sam kept us informed of the progress of the order and when it arrived at the car lot. My wife and I picked up the car today. Sam went over every detail as there were a lot of changes from the 2009 model and 2017. He made sure we understood how to work the options, and made sure we understood to contact him for follow up as questions came up. Working with the finance person, Tina Logue was done with ease and without pressure to purchase unnecessary options. We greatly appreciated her expertise. During the whole process, Neil Westfall would stop in periodically to assure all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. More
