I bought a preowned ram 1500 from Sam. Very easy process, though they would not take my trade. Since the truck was preowned, there were some minor cosmetic problems that they assured me wo Very easy process, though they would not take my trade. Since the truck was preowned, there were some minor cosmetic problems that they assured me would be fixed. Only one was, they didn’t even attempt to fix the others like they said they would. Do I love my new truck anyway, yes. Would I recommend Kunes to a friend…probably not. More

Despite a nagging problem with the vehicle that 3 dealerships couldn't diagnose over 11 mos...I found the staff at Kunes very customer service oriented and exceeded our expectations in most ways with dealerships couldn't diagnose over 11 mos...I found the staff at Kunes very customer service oriented and exceeded our expectations in most ways with the exception of the diagnostic problem. I cant say enuff about my overall experience with the staff and procedures at KUNES Woodstock service center. The only reason I cant give a 5 star is their inability to diagnose a reoccurring no start pr staff and procedures at KUNES Woodstock service center.
