I can't say enough nice things about Sam. He was very personable and I was very comfortable working with him. I wasn't pressured or pushed into something I didn't want and any hiccup was quickly expelle personable and I was very comfortable working with him. After researching the car I wanted and visiting two other dealerships, I decided to go to Metro Toyota. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a no nonsense, family run business for 51 years. I was greeted in the showroom by one of the owners. He explained the history of Metro Toyota and introduced me to a certified sales consultant, Sam Ibrahim. What a great fit! Sam was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, kind. I knew the price estimate of my trade in and the cost of the new car I wanted. Sam found me a car, quoted a price in my budget, and gave me a very fair price for my trade in. This was all accomplished in the same afternoon and that included two test drives. When I picked up the car, the paperwork was all in order and in a half hour I was in my new car. Sam gave me a thorough orientation and off the lot I drove.
