We were treated with respect and he made sure we had all the information we needed to pick the right vehicle for us. He also spent time going over everything our new car had making sure we understood and made us feel like a friend not another customer. The finance manager was also very helpful and made sure we understood the finance process. They were with us every step of the way and I will definitely send friends and Family to Metro Toyota because of the way we were treated. More

Great service from Service staff and Sales staff I brought my 2009 RAV4 in for service on the last recall notice I received, saw the 2018 RAV4 and the rest is history! Sam Ibrahim was very helpful ex I brought my 2009 RAV4 in for service on the last recall notice I received, saw the 2018 RAV4 and the rest is history! Sam Ibrahim was very helpful explaining the new gadgets the 2018 offers and was not pushy. My experience was positive. Unexpected car repair and test driving new cars I had an unexpected car repair. The secretary was able to book an appointment for me right away.
