Everyone seems outwardly friendly. After the sale, do not expect any assistance. Management just passes around the calls and no one returns calls. They did not honor their word. FAKE CONTRACT, FAKE SIGNATURE!! BE AWARE!!!I purchased FAKE CONTRACT, FAKE SIGNATURE!! BE AWARE!!! I purchased a Honda CR-V from this dealership and we agreed upon selling price that they advertised onl FAKE CONTRACT, FAKE SIGNATURE!! BE AWARE!!! I purchased a Honda CR-V from this dealership and we agreed upon selling price that they advertised online plus tax, DMV and documentation fee and that's it. I was not offered contract the day I purchased the car instead I was given only 2 pages of the 5 and rush me to drive away my new car. Later when I go online to make the payment and saw a copy of my contract, I noticed the purchased price was change to a high amount plus tax, DMV and documentation fee. I visited them three times since then and spoke to five different people regarding this matter but they always asked me to come back and always referred to different people and told me only that person can solve this issue etc... First time I spoke about it was Mohammad Aly who was my sales person, and he told me he doesn't work any more and was referred to Jose Cornieles and to Adam because he's a big boss there. After I spoke with Adam over the phone I got an appointment to meet him in person but when I got there to meet him I was told Saturday was his last day and he no longer works? Well then I met with Max Del Negro about this matter and he was unable to do anything because its not in his hand but he said assure me they will clean up the mess from previous management and asked me to come back see Jose Cornieles again because now he's a big boss on top of everyone and he's the only person who can resolve this matter. Yesterday 3/4 I went back to the dealership but Max is not working and Jose is not available to see me so they told me to discuss this matter with a guy named Johan Morgan. John came up to talk to me. He told me I am too late because it's been three months and that they don't have the paperwork because they sent everything to the company and that he does not believe they can solve it. He asked me if I was making the payments. I replied yes I am making the payments because I don't wanna mess up my credit score for not making any payment, he said so you're making the payments too which means you're good/agree with the contract I said no! I have been fighting for this since December when I purchased the car but no one is helping me to solve this matter. Everyone is telling me to come later and see this guy and that guy and now you're asking me to come back after later to see Luis who's the Finance Director and is currently on vacation? Now it's the sixth person in three months but no one is helping me. More
