The best thing i like is my wife was driving back from work to dealership and she was pregnant needs a ride to dealership.Sam arranged a shuttle to pick up ,(just for single person) from the location of work to the dealer. My wife and I were shopping for a minivan and had decided on either a Toyota Sienna or a Honda Odyssey. Sam and Phil helped us with the Sienna, including allowing us to take one home overnight for evaluation. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable about their product and the competition, able to point out specific differences and answer all my questions (and those they didn't know, found out the answer). In the end, we were more comfortable with the Honda and it better fit our needs, but I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and Phil if you are shopping a Toyota. More
