I have had salesman mislead me about the history of a vehicle, maintenance people try to charge me. “Diagnostic” fees, while my car is still under full warranty, and managers promise action and then deliver nothing. A few months ago I had a chance to buy any vehicle I wanted. I decided to try an Audi. I can’t tell you how much I regret it. But I am a fighter.
