Ask for Sam!! Sam was fantastic!! Chrysler refused to replace our van that we bought new less than 1 year ago. We had taken it in for service 3 times. Warranty t Sam was fantastic!! Chrysler refused to replace our van that we bought new less than 1 year ago. We had taken it in for service 3 times. Warranty told us that the car was fixed - we are the owners and we have to get it off of the lot and return the rental. We were going to visit parents 8 hours away, and my husband didn't trust the old Pacifica because we had taken it to Service three times. Service would not allow us to keep the rental car through the weekend so we could go away. We had no choice but to trade in the old car and get another car. For peace of mind we traded in our old Pacifica. Sam managed to get us a fair price for trade-in and was very helpful in getting us a new car in a fast turnaround time. Sam was very helpful He gave my husband a great deal and went over every detail of the car with me. I love everything that the Pacifica has to offer. Hopefully the first car was simply bad luck. Thanks Sam for all of your help! More
