I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my 2 new vehicles at Ford of Montebello. My Sales rep Martin Alejo was knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me lined up with my new 2025 F150 Lightning L vehicles at Ford of Montebello. Daniel Rocha came in to help close the deal and was extremely patient with me and helped make the deal make sense and made sure my trade was given a fair value. The last person I had to interact with was the Finance person Daniel Ruiz who was not pushy when it came to last minute add ons for extended service items. They made this deal so easy that I came back two days later and picked up another new vehicle for my wife. More

I called & made an appointment to have my car serviced ( there was a recall on the oil pump). They took my information i sent them the information they asked for. They made my appointment for 2 weeks later there was a recall on the oil pump). They took my information i sent them the information they asked for. They made my appointment for 2 weeks later because they needed to order the part . I go there for my appointment they inform me they dont have the part. They could have called me before I took the time to drive down there & make arrangements to get picked up. They have done this before. I am never going back there again. I was also told by someone who knows this dealership that they dont use Ford parts for repairs & they take your car to an outside mechanic. Beware of Ford Montebello. Horrible way to treat a customer!! More
