Tire rotation The problem was solved partially but the annoying sound is still present as a result of uneven tires wear. Multiple people ssies Had my 18 crv serviced and oil changed previously at boch . From the day I got it back it was intermittently leaking oil (strike one )As I am very bus Had my 18 crv serviced and oil changed previously at boch . From the day I got it back it was intermittently leaking oil (strike one )As I am very busy , I didn’t have time to travel from methuen to Westford and wait for upwards of 3 hours to have this checked out . Then my nav screen and my dashboard displays started to give me issues, so I had to bring my crv in As I was making appointment, I informed scheduler that I had an extended warranty and asked if I would be able to get a loaner so that I wouldn’t have to wait for upwards of 3 hrs for this to be diagnosed. She informed me that that would be up to my advisor. This was at 10 am . She scheduled me at 1230 that day . Now I need to ask my wife to stop what she was doing and to drive me to Westford so I don’t have to wait upwards of 3 hrs for a diagnosis. So I arrive at the service area and they don’t have any visit set up for me at all !! Strike 2 ! Now while talking to advisor David , he advised not to worry and it will get figured out . ( David was very nice and assuring) I soon received a text from David stating if I have any questions, please send ext me at this number. That was at 1247 After a few hours and a few texts looking for any update Sam calls me and tells me my car is due for an oil change , can we do it . I approve it . I soon arrived back At boch and everything is explained to me as tony I was having an oil leak and electronic issues . The oil leak was a mistake that boch service on my last visit . Which I was given a a $20 discount on an $70 oil change !! Why would any service charge you again for a mistake you brought it in for ?? No, no never again. More
