My experience in buying a 2010 corolla was a very positive one. I was made to feel at ease, was not being pushed for any reason. Bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna to replace our 2002 Sienna with 117+k miles. Shopped five different dealers. Kenny Ross gave the best price and best service. His low key, but knowledgable approach made buying our new van easier as he helped us to evaluate our options. Managers Eric and Sam were professional through both the negotiation and purchase process. They gave me a fair amount for my trade, a fair deal on the new van and a very reasonable financial deal. All delivered in a friendly, professional manner. The team was busy selling several cars so the sales manager jumped in to help complete the paperwork. Fair deal, high quality dealership. More

My 17 year old daughter purchased used car 3 weeks ago, after 2 weeks the motor died. Her $4,000 she worked her butt off for a year to EARN to buy this car is gone. Was hoping Kenny could do something to after 2 weeks the motor died. Her $4,000 she worked her butt off for a year to EARN to buy this car is gone. Was hoping Kenny could do something to help us with this horrible situation. She is devastated. Still waiting for a call back after I called the manager and was placed in Voicemail. I did call the sales agent we worked with and she said thats ashame. Left two messages for sales managers, no call back. Update: Sam Picallo, one of the sales managers did contact me today and I do very much appreciate the effort he made personally to try and resolve the situation. The repair process is underway and its better than where we were before, a total loss. This situation was crushing for my daughter and the cost to fix was more than we could bear. Sam helped bring the cost to a range we could bare, though as you can imagine is still not positive. We are on the road to recovery. More

Our salesman Adam was very patient and helpful. No high pressure sales! He let us look at all the cars we were contemplating without trying to influence our choice. The finance team was quick, and got us a better rate than we ever dreamed of! I think the main reason we ended up buying here (on the FIRST visit!) was the fact that these guys aren't the usual "car salesmen". When we had it down to the 2 final contenders we were presented with the info and financing on both so that we could compare and we ended up choosing a Toyota RAV. I have faith that any future service with this car will be handled with the same professional, honest care that we have already experienced withthis dealer. I absolutely plan on telling my friends and family to go see Adam when it's time for a new car! More
