My 17 year old daughter purchased used car 3 weeks ago, after 2 weeks the motor died. Her $4,000 she worked her butt off for a year to EARN to buy this car is gone. I did call the sales agent we worked with and she said thats ashame. Left two messages for sales managers, no call back. Update: Sam Picallo, one of the sales managers did contact me today and I do very much appreciate the effort he made personally to try and resolve the situation. The repair process is underway and its better than where we were before, a total loss. This situation was crushing for my daughter and the cost to fix was more than we could bear. Sam helped bring the cost to a range we could bare, though as you can imagine is still not positive. We are on the road to recovery. More

I think the main reason we ended up buying here (on the FIRST visit!) was the fact that these guys aren't the usual "car salesmen". When we had it down to the 2 final contenders we were presented with the info and financing on both so that we could compare and we ended up choosing a Toyota RAV. I have faith that any future service with this car will be handled with the same professional, honest care that we have already experienced withthis dealer. I absolutely plan on telling my friends and family to go see Adam when it's time for a new car! More
