My 17 year old daughter purchased used car 3 weeks ago, after 2 weeks the motor died. Her $4,000 she worked her butt off for a year to EARN to buy this car is gone. Was hoping Kenny could do something to help us with this horrible situation. She is devastated. Still waiting for a call back after I called the manager and was placed in Voicemail. I did call the sales agent we worked with and she said thats ashame. Left two messages for sales managers, no call back. Update: Sam Picallo, one of the sales managers did contact me today and I do very much appreciate the effort he made personally to try and resolve the situation. The repair process is underway and its better than where we were before, a total loss. This situation was crushing for my daughter and the cost to fix was more than we could bear. Sam helped bring the cost to a range we could bare, though as you can imagine is still not positive. We are on the road to recovery. More
