Sam is awesome Sam rocks. I don't like people driving my car, so you can imagine letting someone work on it is a serious "trust exercise" for me. He's taken care o Sam rocks. He's taken care of my Highlander for years and I trust his input, advice and most of all: I trust him with my safety when I give him my car for service. He's personally on top of his "crew" and really takes care of his customers. I'd consider him "old school" in the best sense of the word: trustworthy, reliable and pro-active. More

I Call on Thurday 11, at 9:27 Am to set an appoitment for my Sister Janeth Monterroso to bring her 2004 Toyota Corolla for Oil Change, I know Hamer Toyota from previus experiences I had with Peter or Carlos my Sister Janeth Monterroso to bring her 2004 Toyota Corolla for Oil Change, I know Hamer Toyota from previus experiences I had with Peter or Carlos Vasquez, I spoke with young lady who i request to make an appoitment for the following day at 9 am i explain i like to book it with Carlos Vasquez or Peter, My disapoinment and bad taste come today when my sister call me from the dealer that she is been waiting for a long time, they told her she does not have an appoitment, and to make it worse Mr Sam Quintanilla got to help her, what make me more upset is Mr. Quintanilla, He try to charge my sister more then $300 for something we did not request, plus after trying more them a few time for $ 200 dollars and them try to charge my sister $92 for an oil changer we never request. my sister spend like an hours there and LEFT TO NEVER COME BACK this is the most crazy dealership on earth, I would never recomend or buy anything from this dealership. More

Sam is the Man! He goes the extra mile and is trustworthy. Once he stayed overtime to take care of us. He calls back, is straight forward, and will take care of his customers. The staff was really helpful in explaining to me what services I need to do now and which services I need to do but I can wait to do next month. Sam and the entire crew from the GM down stepped up and solved an extended warranty issue that i thought i would be left to me alone to fight. They also took the time and found a few other issues that nee solved an extended warranty issue that i thought i would be left to me alone to fight. They also took the time and found a few other issues that needed attention and gave my vehicle a thorough service. I am once again completely satisfied that Hamer wants to make sure everything is handled at a very high level and customer satisfaction is at the top of the list. Dave C. More

The rating was based mostly on the service and help I received from Sam Quintanilla. He was very professional.....friendly, but not familiar. He answered all my questions. Honestly when it comes to getting and feeling comfortable with your service advisor, SAM IS THE MAN !!!! PERIOD !!! I have never felt this comfortable with any advisor either at Hamer or elsewhere like i fe with your service advisor, SAM IS THE MAN !!!! PERIOD !!! I have never felt this comfortable with any advisor either at Hamer or elsewhere like i feel with Sam. He is honest and puts his customers FIRST... He is a class act !!!!!! More
