I pulled into 5 Star Ford in Dallas about 1 hr before closing time on a Saturday night just to look at a couple of F-250s. There is so much I would love to say about Sam. We went to the dealership to look at a truck we saw online. We didn't set an appointment ahead of time. He took all the details down and said he would look for us. We left and continued looking elsewhere. He texted a week later with a video he took of a vehicle that came into the lot and sent it to me. I even liked that I saw him in it while he was opening the door. It was exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. He filled it with gas, detailed and found us a second key. We walked out with exactly what we wanted in time to get home and feed the horses. I can't thank him enough for all the time he spent trying to get us exactly what we wanted. More
