I pulled into 5 Star Ford in Dallas about 1 hr before closing time on a Saturday night just to look at a couple of F-250s. I drove out a couple hours later with a brand new Roush F-250 and couldn’t be closing time on a Saturday night just to look at a couple of F-250s. Pros: Got a great deal and happy with purchase. Made it easy to handle the deal over email/phone so I don't have to come into dealership. Kim was very courteous/friendly and easy to work with. Cons: Kim wasn't the best at replying to texts which I understand some people prefer phone convo as preferred method of communication. Few times I was completely ghosted after sending him a text. Direct phone calls work great for some but I (like most people in this modern age) am the type that prefers email text/email correspondence to help keep track and convenient response. Additionally, while this may have been a simple mistake, the finance team wrote up my contract incorrectly and overcharged me by thousands. It took many phone calls to explain that I am being over charged and they reluctantly fixed it. I'll give them benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake but the fact that I had to speak to 3 different people about how their math was wrong and their reluctance to accept their mistake made me wonder if they were trying to pull a fast one on me. In the end, the only thing matters is if I got a good car at a good price- which I did so I'll give them 4 stars instead of 3. More

My first time buying a car and Jose Amaurys made it such a wonderful and easy experience for me. I called ahead of time to make the deal since I lived about 2 hours away and it was a haggle free experience. a wonderful and easy experience for me. I called ahead of time to make the deal since I lived about 2 hours away and it was a haggle free experience. When I arrived he had the car pulled up ready for me to test drive. Tarek in the Finance department was wonderful as well and even helped me in obtaining the tax credit on used EVs, something 5 dealerships I dealt with were too ignorant to deal with. I hope my vehicle last me a very long time but when it eventually goes out I’m praying those two still work at Five Star Ford so I can buy my next one from them. More
