Went here for the 1st time, since we have had issues at the Grand Rapids dealership. The people we met here were very nice. The issue is that when we got our car back it was filthy. Oil a and grease on t the Grand Rapids dealership. The people we met here were very nice. The issue is that when we got our car back it was filthy. Oil a and grease on the door, steering wheel and drivers seat. Had to buy leather cleaner for 20 dollars to get it off. Tried contacting the manager many times, and left voicemails, but no response. Cannot go back to a place that treats a car that way. Update, the manager did call me back after posting my review. He seems like he is genuinely concerned about dealing with the issue. We will see, if we choose to give them another try. More

First experience with Subaru Service staff changed our long established policy that you just don't take the car to a dealership...cuz they overcharge and create issues that don't exist.
