He was immediately down to business, we knew what we wanted including pricing and he really didn't push us for any extra add-ons. One of the best sales-persons at a car-dealership that I have ever dealt with. After the sale, he spent about 30-45 minutes with us in the car going over some of the excellent features. I haven't driven the car as much but so far extremely satisfied with the vehicle. Jesse in the finance department came out a little different. We were able to reconcile after spending some time in his office once I told him there was no need to be rude. Waiting on a call from the dealership to fix a couple of small scratches. More

The car purchasing system in the U.S. is an anti-consumer mess that lends itself to dishonesty and swindling; buying a car makes everyone feel as though someone is trying to steal their wallet. This wasn't the experience I had at Honda once Grand at all. After being burned at OTHER dealerships, I sent HoG a grumpy email asking for out-the-door quotes that I could rely on or else I just wouldn't go in. To my surprise, Sam Syed sent me a friendly, matter-of-fact, clear email explaining exactly how much it would cost me to drive away with exactly the cars I wanted. I was skeptical; it was too easy. Surely I'd go in and they'd throw on a few thousand in fees just like all of the other dealerships! Not so. I called Sam, and he said come by whenever. He was going to be out, but he told me to just ask for his colleague Julio (a salesperson just giving a sale up like that? Already this sounded different). I went in and met Julio; he was awesome. He let me test drive every car I wanted, never tried to push me on anything, and didn't even try to push me towards my own bad judgment (I test drove a wonderful irresponsible-financial-decision car, but ended up leaving with the smart decision car). True to form, I paid exactly what I was quoted online and got exactly the car I asked for. I recommend this dealership highly; I'll recommend them to friends. He spent a lot of time ensuring we were comfortable and did a superb job communicating online with me. This online communication is what got me into your dealership. Sam never came across as one trying to rip me off, but truly had my family's interests in mind. I even stopped looking at other dealers bc I felt so comfortable with Sam. Thank you Sam! You deserve solid recognition and a big raise. More
