Had to call multiple times to check on status of my car vs. someone providing an update since my car was kept for 4 days and after I got the car the wireless charger is not working. Every advisor I spoke w vs. someone providing an update since my car was kept for 4 days and after I got the car the wireless charger is not working. Every advisor I spoke with on status calls just had nasty attitude. While I bought my car at the dealer, I probably won’t be coming in for any service but I do have to make one more trip for my broken wireless charger that they broke. More
