Sam was genuine and went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. This was the best dealership experience that we have ever had. We had a three hour drive to this dealership so we appreciated that they quickly went over the paperwork and handed the car, Sometimes the dealer ratings do not reflect adequately. Some dealers who have high number of reviews and higher rating have been a disappointment since they do not adhere to the agreement and take refuge indicating lack of inventory. I have found some low rated dealers deserve their very low rating -- found my old dealers in this. But there may not be much difference between 4.5 and 5.0 rating. Also ratings should be limited to last 2 -3 since dealer ownerships change often. However reviews can be kept for 6-8 years. More
