Dealership was nice. Salesman was pretty straight forward. Alittle bit of miscommunication had me frustrated but it worked out in the end. Didn't like that when I finally made a deal and was ready to leave. They offered no diesel what so ever. Never bought a vehicle where I had to put diesel/gas just to get home. Their explanation sorry we don't have diesel. Dont managers or someone have a credit card? Thought that was pretty cheap. Never heard or seen that. Bought many cars/trucks always got a tank of gas. So if you buy a diesel don't expect fuel. Kinda feeled like a lower quality dealer More

I purchase a truck that was advertised for 32,642 on the internet. I was told about a dealer fee 499. Sat down with Karl and started working the number. He came back with 2000 more in fees. I was told that it’s part of the truck and I can’t do anything about it. To me, that’s bait and switch. Nothing on the advertisement said anything about extra fees, alarm and certification. Even though I took the truck I’m not very pleased with this practice. Karl was always busy with other things and people. He never gave me his full attention. It seemed like he just didn’t want to be there. When I was done with financing my truck was parked in the sun. Everyone one else had their vehicles parked in the garage and was being shown all the goodies and being thanked. Not me. Here are the keys bye ! I don’t recommend this dealership or Karl period More

I had a horrible experience with Sam Upton, if you get him in finance run away and request someone else. He was extremely pushy and almost kicked me out of his office because I didn’t want but any extra p him in finance run away and request someone else. I flew from LA for a specific car but he didn’t have any patience for signing papers and kept saying if you are not ready you can leave and I will take the person behind you pushing me around as he knows I have to drive back all the way to LA and in middle of all that he overcharge my credit card by $776. Very disappointed experience. More
