The salespeople are very friendly and helpful with making sure you find the right car for your needs. The finance people do their best to help you get the best deal on a loan. And the service department takes great care of your car after you buy it. I feel like Machens makes fair deals and their customer service can’t be topped! More

VW Beatle car purchase Salesman-A++. Very nice young man. Professional and personable. Great characteristics to have in his business. Finance--Wasn't really followin Salesman-A++. Very nice young man. Professional and personable. Great characteristics to have in his business. Finance--Wasn't really following what I was doing with Mr. Long. He was nice but hard to understand. I think this is a key area for customer service. Discussions on what is going on with and during the process would have helped in understanding. I appreciate all his hard work though. Just wish I was part of the decision making. Time: Too long-3 hrs and I still had to return the next day for paperwork. In fact had to return three times. Yikes. More
