I came in for a scheduled appt. for oil change and tire rotation. Also to start an extended warranty claim for door dent & windshield crack. They also found a gasket seal leak that will be covered under warranty and will schedule that at the same time. I was in and out very quickly. Nate kept me informed during and after which was great.
