Samantha certainly set the tone for our excellent car buying and today! As soon as we walked through the door she greeted us and knew we just called 5 minutes prior to coming into the store. The dealership has a large inventory of vehicles to view. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was plenty of seating inside with nice cool air conditioning on a hot day. Samantha had great customer service skills. She was extreamly busy the day I came in but handled it with grace! She walked me thru the vehicle before I test drove it which made the test drive She was extreamly busy the day I came in but handled it with grace! She walked me thru the vehicle before I test drove it which made the test drive so much more enjoyable and didn’t leave me feeling like I didn’t know what I was doing or looking for. She kept in good communication during the process. I never felt like she was trying to push me into buying anything but just kindly educating me when needed.
