Samantha Taylor was amazing with Patterson Mission Viejo Kia. I’ve been buying cars from JP for years (decades) and will only purchase vehicles from his dealerships. We requested a special 8-seat KIA Telluride, which is rare compared to the 6 and 7 seaters. The facility is top notch and convenient waiting room with coffee, water bottles, and snacks. It’s appropriate for kids, but make sure to bring items to keep them entertained as there’s a large waiting room with TV’s. Samantha was able to secure a deal and do the financing paperwork in one room. No shuffling to another room to deal with another finance person, just the same person from start to finish. We were out the door in approximately 2-hours and agreed upon the total price with additional add-ons and monthly payment. Lastly, our trade-in received a great value. I look forward to working with Samantha and John Patterson again for our children’s vehicles. I’ve never had any issues with their service department or parts department. Prices are reasonable and loaner vehicle is available. Thanks again for all your help KIA team. More
