Still In Awe This is a true story: I purchased a vehicle from these guys, worked with Sam Girgis. I explained clearly the type of car I was looking for and we This is a true story: I purchased a vehicle from these guys, worked with Sam Girgis. I explained clearly the type of car I was looking for and we walked the lot looking at a few sedans. I settled on a vehicle, went through the buying process and purchased. In doing research for the vehicle I discovered it had the type of transmission I specifically stated I wanted to avoid: CVT. The issue originally came from an ambiousgly worded window sticker. I knew I was going to have to go to war with the dealer over this. I was expecting months before it would get resolved, if it even would because I signed the deal. Sam Girgis, and the sales manager at the time, did the last thing I would have expected them to do. Over the following couple weeks, together we found the kind of car I had intented to buy and simply swapped vehicles... I'm still in shock how they handled to the mishap. These guys care very much that you are satisfied and go to lengths that I seriously doubt 99% of the industry would do. Can't recommend enough. More
