We had a wonderful experience yesterday at Paul Thigoen of Waynesboro. From the time we entered the doors and was met by Kenneth Russell we felt good about the nature of his salesmanship and his eagerness of Waynesboro. At first they seem really helpful as most salesman would be. However if someone says they are the assistant I would not recommend you talk to them. She will tell you one thing and give you certain expectati be. However if someone says they are the assistant I would not recommend you talk to them. She will tell you one thing and give you certain expectations of a price that isn’t accurate. Make sure you read everything throughly no matter how long they make you wait. I had a trade in that I couldn’t find the title for. They said I would need to order a duplicate which was fine, then said it could be handled at the dealership, and of course came back to the original statement I needed to order myself. I requested rubber floor mats which they had to order and I could pick up in a few days, which turn into weeks now. Called me and told me they were ready and I would be there later that day. Surprise, when I arrived they were locked up in maintenance shop and couldn’t get them. Wasted trip. Salesman said he would meet the following day, or course no call. They put on a show of professionalism until you sign the paperwork. You can call it buyers remorse, but only the dealership. Love the truck, but do your research before you go to them. First time buying a new truck with a payment, it’s been a terrible experience More
