I skipped the first one only because the light gray stairs were unclear. I found this type of thing I had to go through a warped sense of humor with a touch of SADISM. SICK! I hope I never have to order another Toyota part again. I drove to this Dealer and paid cash. And the last time I visited Parts and Services, I purchased a Toyota tote bag. They asked for my mailing address, and foolishly gave it. Some unknown car service or roadside services kept hounding me by mailing propaganda to my address wanting me to buy their contract. It made me feel like a target. Ugh! Toyota cars are made better than what their Parts Department does, and the length they will go to hound customers to squeeze money for a car which hasn't yet racked up its first 25,000 mile yet, which is the most problem-free period of a new car.
