Everyone I met was pleasant and helpful. I had to buy a car due to mechanical issues with my previous car so I had to do something fast. Carter let me talk it out , be as picky as I wanted without judgment, and drive several cars just to eliminate them from the decision. He did not laugh at me for hating on white cars! He was knowledgable about several different makes. I have bought a car previously from Royal and it was a good experience then and this time was even better. Last car buying experience took 5 hours for paperwork (at another dealership). I spoke with Carter for 15 minutes by phone and when I arrived to pick up my car, it took 15 minutes to sign things and speak with Sammy, who was also great to get to know. Hopefully will see Carter again when I return in a few years for my next car. I think he will have a long and successful career in sales! Would highly recommend Carter and Royal. More
