We made an appointment for 8:45am. We got there at 8:20am. We did not leave until close to 11:30am. 3 hours for an oil change that we made an appointment for. It looks like they didn’t even start on the car until we had been there for an hour. They told us it would take an hour or maybe a little over an hour. We were not expecting 3 hours. Will probably go to a different dealership next time. More
