Amazing is an understatement From the moment I walked in, the wonderful experience began. My car had broke down and I had to have it towed to the dealership. He was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was in constant contact with any word that came up about mechanical issues and when I thought about doing a trade-in, he immediately referred me to Sam. Now Sam was quick to respond and really listened to everything that I was looking for in a vehicle. He sent me recommendations until I could come back to the dealership to look. When I met up with him, that friendly man already had a vehicle set up to test drive, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and helpful when it came down to talking numbers. Sold. James brought up the caboose and really ended my experience with a bang. Again, very informative when it came down to what I was going to be expecting for payments and working with me on the best deal. Every single person involved (Sam, James, and Jay) throughout this transaction made it completely seamless. I would recommend them a thousand times over. Amazing is an understatement. More
