Sam was a great salesman. He didn’t push and worked with us despite some technical issues. Sam Papino is great. Your service dept is TOO SLOW for us to ever want to have you all do anything for our KIA. We were there for 4.5 hours last Wednesday. It wasn't b Your service dept is TOO SLOW for us to ever want to have you all do anything for our KIA. We were there for 4.5 hours last Wednesday. It wasn't because of Sam or the business mgr. It was because your service dept is inefficient. AND THEN, after supposedly detailing and putting on the ceramic coating, we found smudges and spots on the car that they had to come back out and clean! Do you HAVE a service dept supervisor? Doesn't seem very effective. More
