We took a test drive and Sam knew everything about the car no matter what questions I had he had an answer. I was able to deal with Sam during the purchase negotiation. I was not handed off to a slick fast talking closure type person. I prefer to deal with the same person from start to finish and that was deal at Mckenna. They were also very good about following with me a couple of days after and set up a tech walk through of the car. Best people to deal with. More

At no point did I ever feel pressured—just well informed and genuinely taken care of. When Rosa and I came in for the test drive, Sam was exactly the same in person: friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. He made what is often a stressful car-buying experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Once we finalized the deal, Sam introduced us to Katrina in Finance, and the excellent experience continued. What is normally a quick paperwork session turned into a genuinely enjoyable visit because Katrina was so personable, professional, and easy to talk with. She explained everything clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare to spend an hour signing paperwork and actually enjoy the conversation, but that’s exactly what happened. The dealership itself was spotless, welcoming, and reflected the Porsche brand extremely well. The vehicle was beautifully prepared for delivery and looked absolutely immaculate when we picked it up. Even after the sale, Sam continued to be available for questions and followed through on everything he said he would do. That level of service says a lot about both him and the dealership. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with the process from beginning to end. I would happily recommend McKenna Porsche, and especially Sam and Katrina, to anyone looking for a first-class Porsche buying experience. More
