While he's stepping up, it’s frustrating that it took a negative review to get this level of attention and follow through after trying to reach multiple people through multiple avenues (in person, email, and phone call). Sam arranged for the van to be picked up and detailed back at the dealership. While it was a slight improvement, there is still gunk and spills on the chairs, a sticker on the light in the third row, and apparent food splatter on the ceiling. It’s very disappointing especially for something that should have been handled properly the first time. We let Sam know, and he again is making things right. We are confident the end result of all this will be acceptable now that we are in Sam's care. We expect the dealership to learn from their communication woes, and address the quality of their detailing so other customers don’t have the same experience. ——————- This has been an extremely disappointing experience. Communication from this dealership is essentially nonexistent. We’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response. We even went in person because we couldn’t get a hold of the people service told us to contact (Samuel wools) and were told the situation would be made right by Stephen Kouba, yet nothing has been done. The condition of the vehicle we received was unacceptable. It was clearly not cleaned to a professional deliverable level. There is food stuck to the ceiling, grime and residue on and dripping down the seats, and buildup in the crevices and on the backs of the seats from the previous owners. There is no excuse for delivering a vehicle in that condition. At this point, it’s not just about the cleanliness, it’s the complete lack of accountability and follow through. If you expect basic communication and a properly prepared vehicle, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. More

Tyler was an excellent sales person and helped me walk through all the options and provided support through multiple trips and my shifting priorities. He told me Corwin could beat the rate that USAA preapproved me for and he was right. I will recommend Tyler and Corwin to friends in the future. More

Started the paperwork process at 6:30pm, was told it would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS AFTER THE DEALERSHIP CLOSED!!!! Management needs to get their poop in a group and either hire more people to efficiency process people or reschedule meetings. Ridiculous. Staff wasn't even surprised, stated it was a normal event. Terrible. More
