Coming to a deal was as easy as I’ve ever experienced before - instead of hearing sales tactics and not listening to our needs, Samuel listened closely, helped identify just what we were looking for and what was important to us. I didn’t realize that our financing interest rate was a negotiation. We stated our expectations for financing, to first receive a high rate. After multiple rounds of back and forth, we settled on a fair financing rate, but I didn’t realize this would be part of the process. Overall, the buying experience was easy and Samuel and Corwin Toyota listened to our needs, cared about what we wanted, and helped us through the process. More
