All terms (perks) of any future service (which must be completed at McKinney) ) on my Jeep were explained in detail. This is a great benefit offered by your dealership. Brent also mentioned that Jeep Mats were available (he brought out for us to look at) and after seeing the quality and price, I purchased. Also, forgot name of nice young man who completed my paperwork and he, too, was professional and fully explained each document. I also want to mention Sandee who was so very helpful in getting a Tag/County Tax issue resolved in a timely fashion. Overall, my experience with your dealership was excellent. More

Now this review is not from one sales experience I have purchased more than 15 cars and trucks since becoming a customer and I live in North Carolina the hour and a half drive has proven over and over to be well worth my time now for service Paul Hostak has a whirlwind of a job he has scheduled my service to work around my schedule and sometime i cant come and he just reschedules it with no worries or issues and has made a slot for me when i needed it , not only me but my friends and family so over the past 17 years plus this is the go to dealership . if you cant make a deal here you cant make a deal . Oh and if its on the lot and you think you want it or need it listen to them tell them what you need and what you can afford and they shoot straight . OH IF ITS SOMETHING YOU WANT GO GET IT BECAUSE THEY SELL CARS AND TRUCKS FASTER THAN ANY PLACE I HAVE SEEN . i wanted a car went to look at it the deal was so good i hesitated and went back to get it it was gone . then they looked till they found me another one thats a true dealership that is concerned with their clients . yesterday i was there 7 hrs driving more than 10 vehicles until i settled on a great run around car while i was there i saw inventory moving out the door . The Way Car Buying Should Be I am one of those people who do not look at haggling over prices as a sport. I do my research, decide what I want (and don't want) and then buy. When I decided it was time to buy a new Town and Country, I contacted four dealerships. I had received credit pre-approval, obtained trade-in quotes and tried to get the four dealers to give me their absolute "out-the-door" price. Easy, right? After a few days of legal word parsing with other dealers, it became very clear that Paul Thomas was the man to deal with. The price he quoted was the best I received and was exactly the price I paid. I told Paul that my last car purchase took 1 hour, from the time I walked in to the time I drove away in the new vehicle. Paul took that challenge and delivered! All of the paperwork was ready and exact, no up selling or other "talk with the manager" games. I was gone in the hour specified, but my wife stayed longer in order to take full advantage of the comprehensive tutorial Paul provided on all of the new gadgets/capabilities of her new Town and Country. Start to finish, Paul provided the most professional car buying experience I have had in my 45 years of being in the market. Well worth the 200 mile round trip. I will recommend both Paul and McKinney to anyone looking for a satisfying car buying experience! More
