Came in for a routine oil change at this Toyota dealership. While I appreciate the effort of sending a video update of the work, the experience left me more confused than reassured. The mechanic in the video was difficult to understand, and mariachi music was blaring in the background—making it hard to focus on what he was saying. I’m all for personality, but when it comes to car maintenance, clarity and professionalism go a long way. More
