If I'm not here I'm doing things with my Church and my extended family. I believe serving my customers well, above all else, is how I have developed a large and loyal customer base over the years! Autopark Ford showed great teamwork and customer service as they all worked together to answer all of my questions and get me into a suitable car! Sandie went above and beyond, making sure I was actually in as they all worked together to answer all of my questions and get me into a suitable car! Sandie went above and beyond, making sure I was actually in love with the car before I made the purchase, took the time to show me every feature and option available, and introduced me to the service department. It really felt like family. I also enjoyed working with Kayla and Summer, as they really broke down the warranties, numbers, and helped me reach my targets! I don’t even know where to start bc my experience from the whole team was phenomenal. Sandie was so understanding and understood my needs and wants in my next purchase and she helped me get just that. Als the whole team was phenomenal. Also Corey, understood what I was working with and he made it possible in the finance side of things. My urgency to get a vehicle and coming from Grand Rapids was important to me but also to them. They knew I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed but through the whole process wanted me to leave comfortable and content. I highly recommend everyone at Auto Park Ford. More
