The service reflected that warmth and care at every step. A "Dream Team" The deal I got on my GLB was awesome, but the people were even better. A huge thank you to Sandra Amador-she was my salesperson and was patient and knowledgeable, helping me find the right vehicle for me. Herbert Schonian and Rick Stuflick, the sales managers, helped me get a deal that was better than I hoped for finding special incentives that weren't even on Mercedes' website. And Erin Mahre in Finance was very professional taking time to explain the ridiculous amount of paperwork. These four individuals are the gold standard of customer service.
