John was extremely helpful and genuinely cares. When I first walked up to the reception desk an older sales lady was bad mouthing a salesman to the receptionist. That put a bad taste in my mouth . Long story short I had received an email to contact this person ( Brant Wilson) and to I have tried on several occasions. Left 2 messages cause I wasn’t sure if the first 1 actually went thru so I did a fo person ( Brant Wilson) and to I have tried on several occasions. Well 45 days or so later it’s still a fight w then and now can’t even get a call back from 1 of the managers that was going to talk w 2 others managers and I walked in there today after having the check engine light come on last weekend then go off by Monday and now comes back on again Saturday to find out nobody in the service department can to anything it anyways nor can they when it’s off too. So I have been very disappointed w the managers over there. The sales person I had was great. But wished I didn’t go w this and now will have to take a Loss on it. More
