Sandra joined the Craig Zinn Automotive Group in July of 1999. Throughout the years she's accomplished a number of sales awards and achievements for customer satisfaction and is a Toyota PRO, very knowledgeable in the product! Sandra is a person of great loyalty and integrity and definitely brings these qualities and characteristics to her dealings in the automotive industry. Sandra has been married for 22 years and has a son and a daughter. Sandra is very dedicated to her family and career. You will always find Sandra hard at work in her office with a phone to her ear with a client. Alongside Sandra, are her hard working assistants, Kristina and Nataly who are an intricable part of the process Sandra has in place for all of her clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale. We are proud to have her as part of our sales team.

This is my 3-month update. ..I have left awesome reviews for this dealership since I purchased this truck but after I received a letter in the mail that my payments have changed ..I have left awesome reviews for this dealership since I purchased this truck but after I received a letter in the mail that my payments have changed due to dealer showing that I paid $6k for this truck...the agreement was $40k out the door plus taxes and tags (which I had my own) when I reviewed my paperwork it shows that they charged me all extra fees totaling to over 50K I gave them $10k cash so the financing should have been $30K plus taxes and title I should have paid attention when I was in the finance office signing the 50 plus pages that no one reads (especially after sitting there for 3 hours) my bad for trusting people just wanted to post this so other buyers are aware and should go over everything that they ask you to sign and TRUST NO ONE More
