DROPPED CAR OFFF THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH A 730 AM APPT SCHEDULED FOR OIL CHANGE AND COOLANT FLUSH. I CALL SERVICE AT 1145 THEY STATED JUST WRAPPING THINGS UP. DIDN'T GET A CALL UNTIL 415 SAYING CAR READ SCHEDULED FOR OIL CHANGE AND COOLANT FLUSH. I CALL SERVICE AT 1145 THEY STATED JUST WRAPPING THINGS UP. DIDN'T GET A CALL UNTIL 415 SAYING CAR READY.
