Once I located a used car on Autotrader at Kelly Ford I was contacted in minutes by Justin. He answered my questions about the car and made himself available to when I could see the car. He went the extra mile by picking me up at the airport in the car and getting me to a bank for a cashiers check. What service! The purchasing process was quick and painless. Sandy was very efficient and helped me register the car in my home state. Overall I was very happy with Kelly Ford! More

I checked Kelley BB on the cost of my vehicle, and as an after thought, I checked into a Ford Fusion Hybrid that I have been researching. Ten minutes later I get a call that they had 3 in stock with one tha after thought, I checked into a Ford Fusion Hybrid that I have been researching. Ten minutes later I get a call that they had 3 in stock with one that might just suit my needs. I was heading there anyway for some service, and decided that I could do both. When I arrived the car was sitting in the delivery zone awaiting my arrival. The salesman had been waiting for me (for I had an appointment) and after Service personnel (In all rights wonderful) acquired my car. We test drove the Fusion. It was everything I had expected (and more), falling for this piece of machinery. My car, in service, come back and the whole team was patient when I said that this was a large purchase that required some thinking on my end. And I was granted that. Didn't take long, as I already knew what I wanted, it was just the homework on my end to make it happen. The next day was the negotiation. The trade for my car matched that plus some of Kelly BB, and after all was said and done, I received a very good price for the Fusion, with even a separate meeting to make sure the auto insurance was the absolute best deal for me. My insurance beat all, and I seamlessly transferred the insurance, and my tag. Signing on the dotted line was simple, and the result given to me on a thumb drive. The enthusiasm from my purchase was overwhelming, as the team, there, congratulated me. Good feeling when that happens. What brings this higher of the expectation, is that I needed to finish the responsibility on my end, and I was gifted with a car wash for my efforts. And then the next day after, I had not found the answers on the internet, nor in the manual about the key FOB and I was handed to the manager, and his team to resolve that issue. No one will do exactly what these great group of people has done for me, and I would recommend this dealership above all others. This includes those who use the Ford name. More
