My salesman Thamar Michel was so unprofessional during the sales process. He almost lost the sales if it wasn't for Mr Frederique that came alone and with patience to assisting me of secure an Insurance w the sales process. It took hours to buy a car. I asked for a 3 year loan with the lowest interest rate . The loan officer Tyrone Hill was very arrogant and wrote up a 5 year loan with a higher rate. When the bill came I called the manager. I left him a message about the finance charge & asked him to call me back, he never did. They also low ball you on a trade- in. More
