On Friday, afternoon, I started at another Honda dealership closer to my house and after 1 hour of waiting I asked to test drive the HRV and the CRV. They finally let me test drive the CRV but told dealership closer to my house and after 1 hour of waiting I asked to test drive the HRV and the CRV. They finally let me test drive the CRV but told me the battery was dead on the HRV so they will call me back tomorrow. Meanwhile trying to sell me the CRV without paying attention to my needs. We left and went to Millennium Honda and was greeted at the door and within a few mins Daniella had me out for a test drive. We then started negotiations and Daniella brought Santiago over to help us with the negotiations and help to meet our expectations for buying the CRV of my dreams with a trade in. Daniella was so attentive to my needs. She helped me diligently throughout a very stressful experience of buying a new car. On Saturday afternoon I was able to leave Millennium Honda in my new CRV EXL. Daniella even helped me with the new technology As I was not used to it. I love my car, I love Daniella. I love Santiago. and I love Millinnium Honda for their superior service and experience. More
