Hello, When we service vehicles, we do not provide car washes as we do not have a car wash on site. Vehicles are only washed by hand at the time of purchase.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you had a negative expireience. I can assure you, Midway Dodge and everyone who works here is held to the highest standard of customer service and customer satisfaction. After reviewing you concern stated at Midway Dodge, you brought the vehicle in for the "whole front end shaking when driving at highway speeds" at which time we recommended tires for your vehicle due to being feathered and low. At the time of the inspection, everything in your suspension was tight, solid and working properly. Then you took the vehicle to Hawk CDJR for a oil change and "Visual Multi Point Inspection" which is not a diagnostic I may add, and were told you needed a drive shaft. The drive shaft is located in the rear of vehicle which would not cause it to shake in the front and is not a suspension component. For Midway Dodge to replace any parts without condeming them would be unethical.
