A close friend recommended Galpin, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. I was able to complete most of the paperwork online and through text and let them know which car I wanted to test dr incredible from start to finish. Laura went above and beyond, even arranging to have a car brought in that wasn’t on the lot. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Santos, the finance manager, was also very helpful and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up purchasing a car we’re genuinely excited to drive and couldn’t be happier.
