I received my MBA degree from Pakistan and arrived in The United States in April of 2012. In the time that I have been in The United States of America, I have gained professional experience in customer service, sales, sales management, and financial management. Had a great buying experience with Woody woodrow and our finance guy. Both stayed past closing time to make the deal with us. I picked out a couple things that needed to be address on our vehicle and woody finance guy. Both stayed past closing time to make the deal with us. After going over the car in great detail, then allowing us to test drive it, we asked Winslow Johnson to order the car. He said it would take 3 weeks to arrive and we thought it would be a problem since we us to test drive it, we asked Winslow Johnson to order the car. He said it would take 3 weeks to arrive and we thought it would be a problem since we would be out of town at that time. In fact, we wouldn’t be around for another week after it’s arrival. Winslow, who sold us our Odyssey nearly 3 years ago, told us he would hold the car for us. However, the car arrived at Germain Honda in just a few days. Winslow called us to tell us the car was in but remembered we were out of town. I told him to go ahead and sell it and we’d order another when we got back in town. But to Winslow Johnson’s credit he kept his word and held the car for us. And it hadn’t been test driven 3 dozen times which I half expected. The car had 3 miles on it when we picked it up 4 weeks later. Winslow is not just a great salesman with an encyclopedic memory for facts and details concerning the cars he sells but is a great person. We would recommend him to family and friends alike. Thanks Winslow - we love the car! More
