Everytime I come to have service done at this dealership the service rep constantly tries to have me do service that isn't necessary to keep the vehicle in warranty."Directly instructed that was my goal" T the service rep constantly tries to have me do service that isn't necessary to keep the vehicle in warranty."Directly instructed that was my goal" This time I actually called in and spoke to the service manager. The original quote was $900 plus and only actually needed a oil change under $100. The sad part I was going out of my way to have the service done at the dealership I purchased the vehicle. Thankful for the service manager stepping in and correcting the work to be completed. Will be looking to have the vehicle serviced closer to my home going forward. More
