Appreciated the fact that they offered the valet service and came to my home to pick up the vehicle for service especially when this service was going to take most of the work day. It's hard to ask others and came to my home to pick up the vehicle for service especially when this service was going to take most of the work day. It's hard to ask others to drive over 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic to get to the dealership to pick me up. They were very accommodating when returning the vehicle and worked with my schedule of availability to receive delivery of my vehicle at my home. More

As soon as pulled in I was greeted right away by a young man that was very energetic and polite. I love the addition of the puzzle on the table in the waiting area to occupy the time while waiting. Sarah wa man that was very energetic and polite. I love the addition of the puzzle on the table in the waiting area to occupy the time while waiting. Sarah was very pleasant as always and made sure to find someone who could take me to an appointment I had. Overall a great experience except the cost. Lol. More
