It seems they are only good when they are trying to convince you to purchase a vehicle. Once you pay them, they are unavailable. Also, after I purchased a brand new vehicle, the navigation maps show convince you to purchase a vehicle. Once you pay them, they are unavailable. Also, after I purchased a brand new vehicle, the navigation maps show incorrect speed limits on roads I travel frequently. Since the vehicle system tracks "your driving" to share with insurance companies, etc., the results are not accurate, and not in my favor. I was told by the "service" department that they don't offer the service to do the map updates "but it's free" they say. Well, no it's not "free" if I have to spend a good amount of time to do the update myself. You would think that for new vehicles at least, that they would offer this. When you decide to do that, I'll update this review. More

He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and go over the features of the vehicle in detail. I never felt pressured, and after comparing prices with other dealerships, no one could come close to Lia's deal. After we selected our vehicle, Sarah in financing helped us navigate the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She was able to maximize our rebates and get us a great financing rate. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and professional, and it was a pleasure to work with them. When we picked up our vehicle, it was detailed to perfection. It was clear that they take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend Lia Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
